Lead Natural is run by John and Jane Downer, and are based in Newton Abbot in South Devon.

 

About Jane Downer

 

With more than 20 years experience working in Learning and Development and Human Resources in both the private and public sector Jane set up Lead Natural in 2014.  

 

In addition to being a Chartered member of the CIPD, Jane is also a qualified Executive, Business and Life Coach.   She has experience of coaching in many different contexts and is able to adapt her style accordingly.

 

Jane is a true advocate of life-long learning and her training programmes are relaxed and interactive, tailored to meet delegate needs.  She also has considerable experience in team coaching, away days and facilitating meetings.
